Description
DIVNA Top Flash is an intensely reflective no-wipe top that gives a spectacular silver shine. Thanks to reflective micro-particles, it creates a sparkling "flash" effect-especially strong under camera flash and in direct light.
It self-levels well, doesn't run onto the cuticles and forms a smooth, glossy surface. Protects the manicure from scratches, chipping and dulling, keeping the effect for weeks.
How to use:
Apply a medium layer over the cured manicure and cure: LED/UV 60-90 sec or UV 2 min. Seal the free edge.
