Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders to European Union countries. During checkout, you can select your delivery country and available shipping method.
How long does order processing take?
Standard order processing takes 1–5 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. During promotions, sales periods, or new collection launches, processing times may be longer.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes — simply enter your company details and Tax ID during checkout. Your invoice will be sent via email.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged, please inspect it with the courier and request a damage report. Then contact us via email.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update your address before dispatch.
